ALiGN is an initiative created in partnership between Magnet and the Ontario Tourism Education Corporation (OTEC) to support job seekers and employers across Canada. ALiGN is a tool that helps job seekers understand how they can apply their personality in their career, and enables employers to diversify their workforce. 

To do this, we created a psychometric assessment that job seekers complete before receiving a personality portrait that captures their strongest traits and how they can be applied in the workplace. The assessment uses the Lumina Spark technology.

Employers across Canada are also using ALiGN to hire candidates based on personality and work styles. Using Magnet, employers can create job postings that target job seekers whose assessment matches the personality benchmarks based on research conducted by Lumina.
